Telemedicine At Vancouver Sleep Center
Telemedicine appointments let you enjoy care from the comfort of home. They're like any other visit and keep you from having to drive to our office on little rest. So if you choose to receive care from Vancouver Sleep Center at home, keep reading.
If you are a new patient who has never used a CPAP machine before, just request telemedicine and your scheduler will do the rest.
After you schedule, check your email to download and complete our patient forms. Completing your forms ahead of time saves both the provider and patient time!
If you're already using CPAP, please tell your scheduler. Make sure to tell them:
- The make and model of your machine.
- Your mask make and size.
- Your Durable Medical Equipment (DME) provider's name & location.
- The location and approximate year of your prior sleep study.
- Telemedicine appointments may incur a co-pay, which is billed to your insurance just as any in-office appointment.
