Our Practice
Our practice aims to educate patients about the importance of sleep and to provide the least invasive medical interventions necessary for ensuring good quality and duration of sleep. While we believe that CPAP is the most effective treatment for sleep apnea, we prioritize our patients' preferences. It's essential that the treatment does not impose more issues than the underlying condition itself. If a patient prefers an oral appliance for sleep apnea, we are happy to refer them to qualified, sleep-trained dentists in the community, provided that this treatment is medically appropriate.
Our clinic is committed to treating a full range of sleep disorders, including insomnia and sleep-disordered breathing.
Our state-of-the-art 4-bed sleep lab offers comprehensive sleep disorder testing for children and adults aged 2 years and over.
Our Clinical Staff

Akhil Raghuram, MD
Board Certified Sleep Medicine Physician
“I am a Sleep medicine physician and devote a 100% of my practice to treating sleep disorders. I am also not ashamed to call myself a ‘sleep nerd’. Treating patients and hearing success stories brings me joy. Also a full-time dad and husband, I love the ‘Couve.”
Jennifer Barlow, PA-C
Jenna has worked in primary care in the Portland Metro area and Vancouver, WA. She has been a sleep medicine PA provider for the last 8 years and brings deep experience. Originally from upstate NY, she loves the PNW.

Patrick Knutson, PA-C
“I got my start in medicine as a sleep tech, and that propelled me to pursue medicine as a career. I saw firsthand the importance of sleep, not only in a person's day-to-day life but also in their long-term health. Feeling refreshed daily, helping your partner sleep better, and helping prevent many long-term illnesses highlight the importance of a good night's sleep. I love hearing how something as simple as finally getting a good night's sleep can change a person's life.”
